		<description>Agree that the Govt buildings are a sort of pleasant but insipid poor man&#039;s Brasilia, but the best thing about them is their permeability -  you can just cycle right up to and through them. Compare that with Westminster.

Abandoned city filled with squatters who can&#039;t believe their luck is pretty good description of Berlin, btw.

Have you visited the Niemyer block in Tiergarten? The underbelly detailing is gorgeous.</description>
